1. Service Description
GoogleIndexing.com provides automation for Google's Indexing API. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Google Inc. Our service uses the publicly documented Indexing API to notify Google of new or updated URLs.
2. No Guarantees
Indexing is determined solely by Google. We do not guarantee that any URL will be indexed, or that indexing will occur within any particular timeframe. Our service requests crawling; Google decides whether and when to index.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the service only for lawful websites you own or control. You must comply with Google's Program Policies and our documentation. Abuse may result in service termination.
4. Beta Service
During beta, the service is provided "as is." Features may change without notice. We may discontinue or modify the service at any time.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
